This is a philosophical approach. It is rigorous, and It's not for everybody. It's for You and me...

For what purpose would you join Us in this conversation? To feel better? To get something that seems to be missing in your life? To improve your circumstances? You may get some or even all of that, however that is not the promise of this conversation, nor is any specific outcome promised. So, just what is being offered here?

Nothing.
This is not the ordinary kind of nothing, which is simply the absence of something. Ordinary ways of thinking about Life and the Universe have dominated our culture for a long, long time. We persist in these ordinary modes of thinking about consciousness and resemblance that restrict us. One of the foundational tenets of Western thought is expressed in the Latin phrase, "Ex nihilo nihil fit," which suggests that "from nothing, nothing can be made."
While we doubt that an idea can acquire the quality of being true over time, in practice, it is frequently assumed or pretended.  What seems like "common sense" may simply be often repeated.  In this conversation, we are willing to call everything (as well as Nothing) into question.  When we do, we find that something can only be something when it is distinguished against the background of Nothing, just as a sound can only be heard in the context of silence.  Without the possibility of darkness, no light could be seen.  Everything that is being what it is being, whether distinguished or not, includes a trace or remnant of what it is not being.  Everything is whatever it is, and whatever it is not.  So it is with us.  We are what we are, and what we're not.  We are everything and still, the trace of Nothing remains.  And in Nothing, the possibility of creation arises.
